Camping wall tents are called such for their basic geometric frame and pole structure. Many people consider the wall tent to be an easier setup due to this more simplistic, quadrilateral structure. Today, wall tents are not necessarily primitive or outdated. There are many deluxe camping wall tent options that feature extras like additional rooms and awnings. Wall tents also make great communal tents on a multiple tent campsite, as they can accommodate a square or rectangular table better than a modern dome tent.
